QUALITY
Before a nurse is presented to your facility,
the following quality indicators will be
met:
Interviewed by an experienced RN
At least one year of recent experience
Certifications and Licenses verified
A score of 85 or higher on a clinical competency
test
JCAHO and OSHA Mandatory in-services complete
Criminal Background Check
10 Panel Drug Screen
Clinical Skills Verified
References Checked
Color Photo ID Badge
Physical Exam
Current CPR and any other Clinical Specific
Credentials
Current negative TB or Chest xray
History of immunizations or titers
Completion of Priority Nurse Staffing
Orientation
Covered by Medical Malpractice
All of our nurses are
employees of Priority, so we handle taxes,
benefits, workers compensation and all issues of
compliance so you do not have to. We make
sure our nurses' credentials stay up to date.
All credentials are computerized, so we are
warned when any of these are coming due. If a
nurse has any expired credentials, she can not
be scheduled through our system. We also
have an ongoing evaluation program on our
employees. We know how important
regulatory issues are, especially JCAHO
accreditation. We make sure you are
comfortable with our employees. We will
provide you with copies of any information
requested on Priority Nurse Staffing employees.
